To determine your role, follow the directions in Participant roles.
Click Options. To make your new room appear by default when participants click Chat Room, click Set as Default.
Editing a room To edit a room's title, description, or of messages displayed: In the menubarclick Chat Room. Cbat you are finished, click Update Options. Deleting a room In the menubarclick Chat Room.
Under the name of the room you wish to edit, click Edit. Under "Deleting chat room", to confirm the deletion, click Delete.
Persistent chat -
Along with conversation history that persists over time, historically MindAlign Persistent Chat was, and is still used  as an always-on communication channel  "for conducting ongoing business-critical conversations"  that are often transactional in nature, specifically in the financial services sector. Note: To change the room that lo by default when participants click Chat Room, in Options, under "Manage Rooms", find the room and click Set as Default.
As such persisting chat history has become somewhat of a norm in messaging applications. Click Update Options.
